Gyaku-juji-jime
Gyaku-juji-jime is a reverse cross strangle. Tori crosses the wrists and grips both sides of Uke's collar with the fingers inside and palms oriented upward, then tightens the collar edges against the sides of the neck with controlled arm and body movement.

Movement sequence
- Cross the wrists and take deep, symmetrical collar grips with four fingers inside each lapel.
- Keep the forearms close to the sides of Uke's neck and remove slack from the jacket.
- Draw the elbows and body into the finishing line gradually, releasing immediately when Uke taps.
- Apply only under qualified supervision, monitor Uke continuously, and release immediately when Uke taps.
