Juji-gatame
Ude-hishigi-juji-gatame is a cross arm lock. Tori controls Uke's wrist, traps the upper arm between the thighs, and aligns Uke's elbow over the hips before extending the joint in the direction of the little finger.

Movement sequence
- Secure Uke's wrist with both hands and keep the thumb line oriented upward.
- Place one leg across Uke's chest and the other across the head while squeezing the knees around the upper arm.
- Remove space, control the wrist, and raise the hips gradually only until Uke submits.
- Apply only under qualified supervision, increase pressure gradually, and release immediately when Uke taps.
