Ude-garami
Ude-garami is an entangled bent-arm lock. Tori pins Uke's wrist, threads the other arm beneath Uke's upper arm to grip the first wrist, and rotates the bent arm inward or outward while keeping the shoulder controlled.

Movement sequence
- Keep Uke's elbow bent and pin the wrist to the mat or torso with one hand.
- Thread your second arm under Uke's upper arm and grip your own wrist to form a figure-four control.
- Hold the shoulder down and rotate the arm slowly, stopping immediately when Uke taps.
- Apply only under qualified supervision, increase pressure gradually, and release immediately when Uke taps.
