Ko-uchi-gari
Ko-uchi-gari is a minor inner reap. Tori makes Uke load one foot, enters between the legs, and reaps that foot from the inside while directing Uke backward over the removed support.

Movement sequence
- Use the grips to place Uke's weight on the foot you will attack and keep Uke upright.
- Step close between Uke's feet and contact the inside of the loaded heel with the sole or heel of your reaping foot.
- Reap the foot backward as the hands guide Uke onto the rear corner and maintain control.
- Maintain the controlling grip, guide Uke to a safe landing, and practise the action under qualified supervision.
