Morote-seoi-nage
Morote-seoi-nage is a two-handed shoulder throw. Keeping both sleeve and lapel grips, Tori breaks Uke's balance forward, turns under the lapel-side arm with the elbow fitted beneath Uke's armpit, and rotates Uke over the back.

Movement sequence
- Pull Uke forward with both grips and create space beneath the lapel-side armpit.
- Turn in on bent legs, place the lapel-side elbow under Uke's armpit, and connect your back to Uke's chest.
- Extend the legs and rotate the shoulders forward and down while preserving both grips.
- Maintain the controlling grip, guide Uke to a safe landing, and practise the action under qualified supervision.
