Sode-tsurikomi-goshi
Sode-tsurikomi-goshi is a sleeve lifting-pulling hip throw. Tori controls Uke through the sleeves, lifts one arm while drawing the other, turns the hips below Uke, and completes the throw with coordinated leg extension and rotation.

Movement sequence
- Secure both sleeves and lift-draw them so Uke's posture rises and moves forward.
- Turn beneath the lifted arm with the hips low and close across Uke's center.
- Extend and rotate while steering both sleeves through the throwing arc.
- Maintain the controlling grip, guide Uke to a safe landing, and practise the action under qualified supervision.
