Ude-hishigi-sankaku-gatame
Ude-hishigi-sankaku-gatame is a triangle arm lock. Tori traps Uke's head and one shoulder between the legs in a triangle, then controls the exposed arm with one or both hands and extends or rotates the elbow while the legs immobilize the upper body.

Movement sequence
- Build a stable triangle around Uke's head and one arm, with one ankle locked behind the opposite knee.
- Control the exposed wrist and keep Uke's shoulder line fixed inside the leg frame.
- Extend or rotate the elbow gradually with the hands and hips, releasing immediately at the tap.
- Apply only under qualified supervision, increase pressure gradually, and release immediately when Uke taps.
